Tip: quoted exact phrases ("levi strauss") make evaluation much slower — prefer plain terms for watch rules.

Split a large file
Break a big CSV or spreadsheet into smaller chunks - each keeps the header row, and rows are never split mid-record. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How to prepare your template
Design a PowerPoint deck however you like — cover, branding, colours, fonts. On the one slide you want repeated for each section of the report, add a text box containing {{title}} where the section heading should go, and a second text box containing {{body}} where the section text should go. That slide becomes the model: the portal clones it once per report section and fills in the tokens. You can also put {{title}} and {{date}} on your cover slide. Every other slide (cover, appendix) is carried through untouched.

Compare a live situation to precedent
Describe a launch you're planning or a crisis you're facing. The portal finds the closest past events and lays out what worked, what didn't, and the lessons - drawn only from what's stored here, nothing invented.

How the AI Monitor tools work together
AI visibility (this page) — enter a brand and the questions buyers ask, then see where the brand shows up across the engines and its share of answer against competitors. This is the core probe.
Desk research — ask the engines any research question and get their answers side by side, each web-grounded with sources, with follow-ups. For open-ended digging, not brand scoring.
Topic research — zoom out from one brand to a whole topic: how much it's asked of AI, the related questions and their intent, and which brands the AI already names.
AI perception — for one brand, read how the AI describes it: sentiment, the attributes it attaches, and what it says for and against.
Prompt tracking — save a visibility check (a brand) or a topic (a category) and watch it move over time — run it any time or leave it on a schedule.
A typical flow: start in Topic research to find the questions and rivals → score your brand on them here in AI visibility → check AI perception to see how you're described → save it to Prompt tracking to monitor it over time.
Brand
Category (optional) — used to suggest questions
Suggested questions are the model's inference of common buyer intent — a starting set, not measured AI-search volume. Edit them freely.
Questions — one per line (up to 8), the kind a buyer would ask an AI
Competitors (optional) — comma-separated, for a share-of-answer comparison
Scored on the same answers, so no extra queries are run — it is a like-for-like share of answer.
